I’m an Adirondack native, and my story begins in Raquette Lake, where I went to elementary school and spent summers playing the woods, swimming in the lake, or helping at our family-run marina. In 1989, when I was twelve, my parents launched Timm Associates Adirondack Properties in Old Forge — a company that quickly became known for trusted real estate service throughout the region.
After graduating from Cazenovia College, I broadened my experience in Fort Collins, Colorado, and later in Saratoga County, working in commercial and residential real estate, development, and property management. Those years gave me valuable skills and perspective, but my heart was always here. In 2009, I returned home to join the family business. Today, I’m proud to be a third-generation Realtor, raising my daughter here and watching her enjoy the same simple joys I did — swimming, paddling, and exploring the mountains and lakes that shaped me.
